This interview with Lila Rose and Adam Lane Smith was very helpful to me to recognize the safety and peace God gives in a family. It helped me more deeply appreciate His love for us and how He wants us to love each other.

This is a playlist all about the Carnivore diet. I have included recipes and informational videos in this playlist. God does command us to eat plants in a balanced diet. I did not eat in a balanced way for most of my life and got myself into a metabolic emergency (overweight, pre-diabetic, sick, fatigued, autoimmune issues, fertility issues, depression, anxiety, etc.) . This happened by my consuming carbohydrates in an unbalanced way. I was eating too many carbs for the little amount of physical activity I was doing. I am temporarily taking extreme measures to reverse my insulin resistance/metabolic disaster by doing a strict carnivore diet. I plan to stay meat based with my diet from now on but I plan to bring plants back into my diet in a balanced way in the future. My goal is to be lean and strong and be completely out of insulin resistance before I bring plants back to my diet.

Ranch

3 tbs Buttermilk (Kalona brand or raw homemade)

2 tbs Mayonnaise (homemade – 1 egg, 1 c avocado oil, pinch of salt, splash of lemon juice, pinch of granulated garlic, emulsion blender, wide mouth mason jar w/lid)

2 tbs Sourcream ( Nancy’s brand or raw homemade)

1 tsp Granulated Onion

1 tsp Parsley dried

1/4 tsp Granulated Garlic

1/4 tsp Dill dried

1/4 tsp Salt (pink or Celtic sea)

1/4 tsp Black Pepper
